I love traveling! There is an additional travel/time fee (this depends on how far we travel and whether it’s overnight for example) we’ll go wherever you want us!

Ask about specific locations!
-Be YOU, be comfortable, wear something you feel confident in. Be sure to try on what you’re thinking of wearing and see how you feel.
-Go for loose, flowy , natural fabrics like linen, cottons etc that will move with you.
For men don’t be afraid to wear a suit or sports jacket. Stay away from bold bright patterns and fine stripes.
-Neutral, earthy colors such as beige, grey, white, black, rust, mustard, blush, soft blue all look beautiful in the locations I generally shoot at and YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG WITH NEUTRAL COLORS!
-Avoid large prints, patterns and any large graphics or logos.
-Avoid wearing exactly the same colors or being to matchy. Wear colors that compliment each other.

In my experience everyone who’s ever said they were awkward ended up rocking the being-in-front-of-the-camera thing! I have developed a posing system with a mix of guided candids and portraits that has been working well and I will never leave you stranded. I’ll guide you through the session.
Before the session you’ll fill out a questionnaire that will help me to get to know you more and gear the sessions towards what is most “you”.
If you have a location in mind, absolutely! Maybe you have access to a property for your unique session. I am always open to anything you have in mind, but if you don’t know where to start, I will happily help you choose a location based on your preferences that you share in the questionnaire.
Your curated gallery will be delivered in an online gallery for you to download your edited full resolution digital images.
Prints and other products will be available for purchase through the gallery.
Part of my service as a photographer is the editing to give your photos their consistent clean look, so I do not sell or give out RAW files. I hope, since you’re here you already like my shooting and editing style.
I believe you are beautiful the way you are, and won’t alter or Photoshop you into a new person! I will edit things that don’t normally appear (for example, acne/bruises etc), upon request. If you’re self-conscious about anything, just let me know in advance and I can take that into account when posing and directing. The goal is to make sure you’re comfortable during your shoot, and you love the photos after.
If the weather is not too bad, we just embrace it! It seems that almost 9/10 times it’s windy during sessions, but if it’s raining to the point that my gear will get damaged, or it’s just awful to be out, I am happy to reschedule at no charge to the next available date.

I’m all for different! If you have an idea or theme that you think would suit you, let me hear it! This can include props you might want to bring, a picnic in the mountains, a 50′ style shoot complete with the vintage bicycle… you name it! Just let me know what you’re thinking and we’ll figure it out!
If I had to describe my editing style, it would be clean, minimal, and bright. The goal is to edit in a way that years later the images will still be timeless.
You are welcome to bring any props we’ve discussed. Otherwise, bring yourself. For families, make sure everyone is fed and rested. Bring all the snacks you need to keep your little ones happy. 🙂
Yes, I do offer studio sessions for newborns, maternity, cake-smash photos or families with younger children.
My sessions are designed to be fun, fast moving and very candid. I always try to get the posed pictures done first in each set and then dedicate the rest of the set for candid, playful photos. You will get beautiful shots from your photo session. So don’t worry about your kids, I will take care of everything. It is very rare that we don’t get any photos.
You can order prints right from your gallery!
I also like blacks.ca or prolabcanada.ca or London Drugs. However, it is super important that you turn off their autocorrect since your images will already be edited, and their auto editing will mess with your photos.
