It was cold. It was super windy. There were occasional flurries, and it was such a great day for these two!! (and their photographer 😉 ) I will take any chance to go to Crowsnest Pass because it’s just gorgeous! Throw in a surprise proposal and it’s perfect.

Diana and Orland are such a wonderful couple. He knew that she was hard to surprise and he was determined to surprise her, so the plotting began. His idea was to run some type of giveaway and Diana would “win” the giveaway. I decided to run a model call for couples which she entered! Step one, complete.

From there Orland and I communicated over all the details of the proposal while Diana and I casually chatted about when would work best for them to do the session and what outfits to wear. Also, I almost gave it away on several occasions because it’s hard being a double agent! Lol 

The proposal was a complete success, and it was SOOO much fun to be a part of.

Diana & Orland, thank you for the honor of being a part of this. Both my husband and I loved hanging out with you and capturing this for you. I am so looking forward to your wedding TOMORROW!!!
