Oh my goodness you guys! Where to begin? Summer is in full swing here, and in the last few weeks, I feel like I’ve just occasionally come up for air. As if summer wasn’t already busy enough, we bought a house that requires some work before we can move in, and we have a month to do it! I keep reminding myself that for everything there is a season, and this season is just busy. I am loving it for the most part. Today I am super excited to finally share some images from last week’s Norland Historic Estate Wedding. You guys, I loved everything about this wedding!

When Lena asked me to photograph their wedding I couldn’t have been more thrilled. That excitement was tripled when I found out it was going to be at The Norland Historic Estate, I knew it would be amazing. This place is a page straight out of a storybook. So beautiful! I had a very hard time choosing just some pictures from their wedding for this blog-post.

Lena and Abe are such a sweet couple. I might have thought they were a little shy at first, but that changed as soon as I saw them with their friends. (haha) I can’t imagine a wedding day without having your closest friends and family present. Their friends definitely made sure to keep bridal party portraits fun and interesting.

Lena and Abe, thank you so much for choosing me to capture these memories. I enjoyed every moment of it. I know you faced some challenges during your wedding planning due to Covid. I’m sure that was hard, but it was wonderful to see how you handled it all. You knew that no matter what happened it was about more than just the day of your wedding. You prepared for a lifetime together, and your perfect wedding was just the cherry on top. I wish you many blessings in this journey together!
