Every so often over the years as a photographer, I go back to my reason for doing this. My reason is and always will be to provide people the opportunity to look back and relive precious memories they’ve made. I have no doubt that everyone I have met, I’ve met for a reason. Maybe there was some way that I could bless them, and most often I am the one so blessed by all the couples and families I get to photograph. Ryley and Susie are another couple that I’m honored to have met, and I enjoyed photographing their outdoor summer wedding. 

Their outdoor wedding fell on a beautiful, warm summer evening. Ryley and Susie’s number one goal was that Christ would be the center of their wedding. They didn’t fuss about little details as much as they prepared for a life together as one, and from what I got to know them, I know they will continue to keep Christ as the center of their marriage.

Friends and loved ones came to celebrate with them. They wanted to make sure that their guests didn’t have to wait too long while we took pictures, so I have never taken as many pictures in as short a timeframe. 😉 

Ryley and Susie, thank you for the honor of celebrating with you. Your wedding was beautiful and it was such a blessing to be a part of. I wish you a life filled with lots of love and adventures. May God continue to bless you both as you seek to be a blessing to others.
